On Tuesday, May 21, Goshen Central School District residents will vote on a $63,984,473 proposed budget for 2013-14. This budget, which represents a spending increase of 3.85 percent, will result in a tax levy increase of 3.76 percent – an increase that meets the district’s legal limit as defined by New York’s tax levy cap legislation.
Residents will also vote to authorize the purchase of five new school buses and elect two members to the Board of Education.
